A new statewide AI Research Summit will convene scholars and partners on October 16, 2026. The event will showcase interdisciplinary AI research across the humanities and sciences from Virginia and beyond.

AI Imagination Lab: Youth Summer Camp

The AI Imagination Lab, from June 15–19, introduces rising 6th–8th grade students to generative AI through hands-on projects, creative exploration, and media literacy, helping them build practical skills, think critically, and use AI responsibly.

CHS AI Teaching Summit Spring 2026

The CHS AI Teaching Summit will bring together faculty, students, and experts on April 29, 2026 in the STEM Building for a full day of keynotes, panels, workshops, and roundtables focused on advancing AI in teaching, learning, and curriculum across the university.
