James Fritz, Ph.D., received his doctorate in philosophy from The Ohio State University in 2019. His research looks into questions about moral disagreement, the ethics of disapproval and the relationship between morality and knowledge.

Some of this work has been published in journals including American Philosophical Quarterly, Ethical Theory and Moral Practice, Episteme and Pacific Philosophical Quarterly.

He is also the founding lead instructor of The Ohio State’s P.A.C.T. (Philosophy and Critical Thinking) summer camp for high schoolers.
