Bill Mattox is a senior vice president in the brokerage services division of Colliers where his responsibilities include generating new business from improved and unimproved sales, most notably land. He is also director of brokerage services as well as director of retail brokerage, a principal in the firm and on the executive committee.

Mattox has more than 29 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. He is a past multi top sales producer and overall production leader.

Prior to joining Colliers, he co-owned a commercial real estate brokerage company, where he was responsible for leasing, sales and performing numerous management functions.

Mattox served on the VCU Humanities and Sciences alumni board from 1987-91, and was president from1988-89. He also served on the VCU College of Humanities and Sciences dean’s society and dean’s council 2010-13 and is active in Rotary and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

Mattox is the longest giving, consecutive donor to VCU—he has given for 28 years straight.
